Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel and personal-use items unless they are faulty. This includes, but is not limited to:

Adult products

Face masks or hoods

Wellness products
Items purchased from our Sale or Outlet collections are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Incorrect Size Ordered
Please check the sizing information on each product page before placing your order. Sizing can vary between brands and styles.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for products ordered in the wrong size. It is the customer's responsibility to review the size guide and select the most suitable size before checkout.
If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting our support team before placing your order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure all items in your cart are correct before completing your order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from what you purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, please provide:

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement item. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return Fees
Where a return is approved, a return handling fee of NZD $20.00 may apply.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Return Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returned items must:

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Replacements & Store Credit
Any replacement, exchange, or store credit will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
